If you browse without creating an account, this Agreement does not apply to you.

2. Service Provider

The Services are operated by Wuhan Zhierchong Culture Communication Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company registered at 688 Jinghan Avenue, Qiaokou District, Wuhan City, Hubei Province, People’s Republic of China.

3. User Rights & Withdrawal

EU/UK consumers may withdraw from this Agreement within 14 days of acceptance by closing their account. All users retain statutory consumer rights under applicable local laws, which prevail over any conflicting terms herein.

4. Definitions

  • "Content": Any text, photos, videos, data, or materials accessible through our Services.

  • "User": Any entity or individual maintaining a Wuhan.video account.

  • "Services": Includes all digital platforms owned/controlled by us or our corporate affiliates.

5. Scope of Services

(b) Businesses to engage customers via free/paid tools. Service offerings (e.g., accommodations, experiences) may be updated or discontinued without prior notice.

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use after revisions constitutes acceptance. Non-acceptance requires immediate account closure.

Privacy and Cookies Statement

Wuhan Zhierchong Culture Communication Co., Ltd. ("wuhan.video," "we," or "us") acts as a data controller for your personal information. We use this data to provide travel booking services (hotels, flights, trains), communicate about our offerings, conduct analytics, and manage operations. When you interact with our websites, mobile apps, APIs, or related services (collectively "Services"), we collect information you provide directly: during account registration (mobile number, email), bookings (passenger names, ID numbers, contact details, payment information), preference specifications (meal requirements, seat choices), customer support interactions including call recordings, promotional participation, and feedback submissions. If you book for others, you confirm their consent to this data sharing. Certain information is mandatory for service delivery; without it, we cannot fulfill contracts. We also obtain data from third parties: affiliates forwarding booking details or social platforms (name, profile photo) when you log in with consent. Automatically collected information includes device details (IP address, browser type), usage patterns (pages visited, searches), and—only with explicit device consent—location data via GPS/Wi-Fi.

Your data may be transferred globally to travel providers, payment processors, affiliates, and authorities outside the EEA/UK. Where destinations lack adequate data protection, we implement safeguards including: European Commission/ICO adequacy decisions for approved countries; Standard Contractual Clauses (EU 2021/914 and UK IDTA); and supplementary technical measures. Copies of these mechanisms are available upon request.

EEA/UK residents have rights to access, correct, delete, or port data; object to processing; withdraw consent; or complain to supervisory authorities. To exercise these, contact us using the provided details. Note: Rights may be limited if requests reveal others' data, conflict with legal obligations (e.g., tax retention), or undermine legitimate interests like fraud prevention. Consent withdrawal doesn't affect prior lawful processing—other legal bases may persist for ongoing operations. For direct marketing based on legitimate interests, you may opt out anytime via email unsubscribe links, account notification settings, or direct contact.

We investigate all data complaints thoroughly. When submitting concerns, please include: specific infringement details (country, nature, desired resolution); your full name and contact information; and relevant prior correspondence. Unresolved issues may be escalated to your local data protection authority. While complex cases require extended investigation, we commit to regular updates throughout the process.

Data retention aligns with operational needs: account information persists during active use plus statutory periods; marketing data ceases after opt-out (though we maintain permanent "do-not-contact" records); sensitive data (e.g., health documents for refunds) is automatically purged after operational necessity ends. Legal holds may extend retention for disputes or compliance.

Security is paramount: we implement managerial controls, physical safeguards, and technical defenses including access restrictions, SSL encryption, data masking, and high-level storage encryption. Our ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and SOC2 Type 2 certifications validate these protocols. Should any breach affect your data, we will notify you via email or other lawful means.

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated through revised notices or direct notifications; continued Service use constitutes acceptance. For rights requests, complaints, or transfer mechanism copies, contact us at by filling the contact form.

Cookie consent

Our digital platforms—including the wuhan.video website and mobile applications—rely on cookies and similar technologies (such as Software Development Kits) to function. These are small data files stored on your device when you use our Services.

Essential cookies enable critical operations: user authentication, transaction processing, and booking functionality. Disabling these may impair or prevent access to our Services. Non-essential cookies enhance your experience in three ways: analytical cookies measure platform engagement to optimize performance; functionality cookies remember preferences like language and search history; marketing cookies (used with trusted partners) personalize travel offers across platforms by analyzing your activity.

Cookies may be session-based (expiring when you close your browser/app) or persistent (remaining between visits). For non-essential cookies, we obtain your consent through our initial cookie banner. You may adjust preferences at any time via your account settings or browser controls. Withdrawing consent for marketing cookies will cease personalized advertising but does not affect essential operations.

We do not share cookie data with unauthorized third parties. All cookie usage aligns with our Privacy Policy standards for data protection.

Resources and Policies for Partners

We invite travel, hospitality, and tourism businesses to explore collaboration opportunities through our "Do Business With Us" program. This initiative supports partners in reaching travelers globally and optimizing booking experiences.

Our comprehensive policies govern all interactions:

The Privacy Policy details how Wuhan Zhierchong Culture Communication Co., Ltd. (operating as wuhan.video) safeguards personal information across our digital platforms—including websites, mobile applications, and related services. As an online travel facilitator helping users plan and book trips worldwide, we prioritize the security of your data. Full privacy practices are available in our dedicated Privacy and Cookie Consent documentation.

Regarding intellectual property:
Our Copyright Complaint Policy requires written notifications for alleged infringement. Submissions must include: 1) identification of the copyrighted work; 2) location of infringing material (e.g., specific URLs); 3) your contact details; 4) a statement of good faith belief that use is unauthorized; and 5) a sworn declaration of accuracy under penalty of perjury. Notices must be signed by the rights holder or authorized agent and sent to:

Wuhan Zhierchong Culture Communication Co., Ltd.

We disclose all compliant notices to the uploader of the contested content. Consult legal counsel before submitting claims, as false allegations may incur liability for damages including legal fees.

Pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we enforce a Repeat Infringer Policy. Accounts engaging in repeated intellectual property violations—as determined at our sole discretion—face termination or service restrictions without requiring multiple offenses.

Trust & Safety

At wuhan.video, we believe travel reveals humanity’s goodness—lifting businesses, empowering communities, and reminding us that the world thrives on shared connection. Every journey reinforces that generosity binds us more deeply than differences divide us.

Our platform was built to celebrate this spirit: a space where travelers guide one another toward unforgettable experiences through honest reviews and collective wisdom. We champion the power of shared stories, knowing that authentic community insights become the compass for future adventures. When we explore freely, we unlock not just destinations but the best in ourselves and the world around us.

Guided by this vision, wuhan.video’s Trust & Safety mission is unwavering: to foster a secure, welcoming environment through robust Community Policies and meaningful standards. Together, we protect the integrity of every interaction so trust remains the foundation of every trip planned and memory made.

Limitation of Liability

Information on our platform is provided by suppliers and user reviews. While we endeavor to ensure accuracy, we disclaim liability for losses arising from inaccuracies or omissions to the fullest extent permitted by law. No warranties—express or implied—apply to platform content except where legally prohibited.

We shall not be liable for losses resulting from:

  • Booking errors: Incorrect details (names, IDs, contact/payment information, dates) causing missed communications or denied service (e.g., flights, hotels, car rentals).

  • Travel documentation: Failure to secure required passports, visas, vaccinations, or adequate insurance.

  • Supplier non-compliance: Denied service due to violating supplier terms, late arrival, or unacceptable behavior.

  • Missed connections: Transfer failures (flights, trains, buses) attributable to user negligence.

  • Invalid discounts: Use of expired/ineligible discount cards (e.g., railcards).

  • User mistakes: Duplicate/erroneous bookings, currency exchange fluctuations, or bank fees.

  • Third-party interactions: Direct communications with suppliers or reliance on guest ratings.

  • Security risks: Travel to restricted areas or events beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, terrorism, government actions, cyberattacks).

Our services are for personal, non-commercial use only. We exclude liability for business losses (profits, opportunities, or interruption).

Breach Consequences:

Violations of these terms or applicable laws may result in: booking cancellations; forfeiture of rewards/benefits; temporary/permanent service suspension; content removal; warnings; legal action for cost recovery; or disclosures to law enforcement—all without prior notice. You are liable for losses we incur from non-compliant platform use.

Booking cancellations may occur without explanation to prevent fraud or comply with laws. Refunds are not guaranteed if cancellations result from term violations, supplier policies, or suspected fraud. Do not circumvent suspensions by re-registering. Contact customer service for refund disputes. We bear no liability for related losses.

Accessibility Statement (Media Guidelines, Website Policies, Traveler Safety)

At wuhan.video, we strive to ensure all travelers can access our digital platforms and services with dignity and independence. Should you encounter barriers related to website functionality, mobile application navigation, or account management features, please contact our Customer Service team directly. We will promptly address technical accessibility needs—such as screen reader compatibility, alternative text implementation, or adaptive navigation support—to improve your experience.

Regarding physical accessibility during your travels (including wheelchair access, walk-in baths, or mobility assistance at airports, train stations, hotels, or attractions), kindly coordinate with your specific Service Provider. These suppliers manage their facilities independently and are best equipped to accommodate on-site requirements. For seamless planning, we recommend confirming accessibility arrangements directly with providers before departure.

We welcome feedback on accessibility gaps and will gladly assist in connecting you with relevant resources. Your journey should know no boundaries.

Agreement Modifications, Updates & Termination

Wuhan Video reserves the right to modify, add, or remove terms within this Agreement at our sole discretion (or reasonable discretion for UK/EU consumers) to address legal requirements, regulatory compliance, technical necessities, or service evolutions. Such changes may arise from shifts in service offerings, platform architecture, or operational frameworks. Your continued use of our Services constitutes explicit acceptance of all amended terms.

Service features, databases, or content may be changed, suspended, or discontinued without cost to users. Modifications occur to: ensure legal compliance (including consumer protection laws); perform maintenance, bug fixes, or technical improvements; upgrade functionality or design; implement security enhancements; or rebrand services. UK/EU users will receive 30 days' notice for materially adverse changes—failure to terminate before implementation implies acceptance.

Updates may be deployed automatically if enabled in your settings, ensuring alignment with consumer laws and optimal performance. We strongly recommend installing all updates to maintain service access and functionality. Older device/OS versions may lose support over time. Service disruptions or feature loss resulting from update refusal are not our responsibility, provided we've communicated update requirements and consequences. Non-update-related changes fall under standard modification protocols.

We may restrict or terminate your access without notice for: technical/security reasons; unauthorized access prevention; data protection concerns; or breaches of this Agreement or applicable laws. Immediate termination may occur if we reasonably believe you've violated terms or jeopardized platform integrity. Termination halts all service provision immediately.

Passport Information

Once your payment has been received, we will email you a secure link to enter your passport details—this form can only be used one time. Should you require separate submissions for multiple trips, simply let us know and we will provide additional links. Please be sure to review all entries carefully before submitting: any errors may prevent ticket issuance and could result in extra fees for which you will be fully liable. Finally, maintaining a valid passport (and obtaining any necessary visas) is your responsibility; please verify expiration dates and entry requirements well in advance of travel.

Itinerary Changes

At wuhan.video, we offer flexible, tailor-made itineraries designed to suit your preferences. We understand that plans may change, and we're here to assist with adjustments wherever possible. Please review the guidelines below regarding changes to your itinerary:

1. Complimentary Adjustments

We are happy to modify your itinerary at no additional cost if you switch to alternative options of the same quality and standard. This ensures your experience remains seamless without affecting your travel budget.

2. Additional Charges for Upgrades or Changes

If your requested changes result in higher costs—such as upgraded transportation, accommodation, or attraction tickets—any additional expenses will be added to your booking total. These costs will be clearly communicated in advance.

3. Major Itinerary Changes Involving Tickets

If your changes involve rescheduling or altering train or flight tickets, it is essential to first consult your travel advisor. Ticket changes may incur penalties or price differences depending on the specific travel dates and fare rules. Your advisor will guide you through the process and inform you of any applicable fees.

Risks and Insurance

Traveling to a new country comes with both exciting opportunities and potential risks. At wuhan.video, we prioritize your safety and peace of mind. Please take note of the following guidelines and insurance information to ensure a secure and well-prepared journey.

Carrying Cash into China

When entering China, you are not permitted to carry large amounts of cash. For your convenience and compliance with regulations, we recommend bringing no more than ¥20,000 RMB in cash. It’s advisable to carry a smaller amount and make use of ATMs or credit cards during your stay. Major Chinese cities, including Wuhan, widely accept UnionPay, Visa, MasterCard, and digital payment platforms like WeChat Pay and Alipay.

Included Accident Insurance

As part of your booking, wuhan.video includes complimentary China Life Tourist Accident Insurance with coverage up to ¥1,000,000 RMB. This insurance only covers accidents occurring within China during your tour and is meant as basic protection.

Recommendation for Full Travel Insurance

While we provide accident insurance, we strongly recommend that you purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy from your home country. Full coverage should include medical emergencies, trip cancellations, lost baggage, personal liability, and other travel-related risks.

For additional coverage options, we suggest checking with international providers such as AXA S.A. or PICC Property and Casualty, as policy details may vary by provider and country.

Responsibility

Liability Disclaimer

wuhan.video is committed to providing safe and enjoyable travel experiences. However, we are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property resulting from events beyond our control. These may include acts of third parties, adverse weather, illness, theft, strikes, governmental actions, civil unrest, terrorism, force majeure, war, quarantine, customs regulations, epidemics, or any unexpected disruptions. Travelers should take appropriate personal precautions during their trip.

Right to Make Changes

wuhan.video reserves the right to modify itineraries or cancel tours before departure when necessary, particularly in response to unpredictable circumstances or safety concerns. We also reserve the right to update, revise, or remove any content on our website at any time without prior notice. Tour terms and conditions may be adjusted, either partially or entirely, as required and without advance warning.

Eligibility Notice

By booking a tour through wuhan.video, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age and legally eligible to enter into travel-related agreements.

Vehicle Standards

At wuhan.video, your safety and comfort are our top priorities. We carefully select both vehicles and drivers to ensure your transportation during the China (Wuhan) tour meets high-quality standards. All vehicles are air-conditioned and equipped with comfortable seating. In minibuses, seatbelts are typically available for the first and second rows. To provide extra comfort, we usually assign larger vehicles than needed so that you have more space to relax. Our drivers are chosen for their skill, professionalism, and knowledge of local routes. Similar vehicles are used consistently across different Chinese cities. Vehicle assignments are based on the final group size and itinerary confirmation. If you have specific requirements, please let us know in advance. The largest vehicle we offer accommodates up to 49 passengers.

Meal Standards

We select specified local Chinese restaurants which are very popular among the local Chinese people. By moving from city to city during the tour, our guests can sample food that has local characteristics spicy, light, saltier, and so on.

Many tour operators use only tourist restaurants which are cheaper and save time on waiting as all meals are ordered in advance. On a rare occasion, wuhan.video has to use a tourist restaurant. This is done when a scenic spot is far away from the city or no suitable local restaurants are available.

Please understand that this is only done when no other option is available. The budget was tested by our previous clients, extra is not necessary at 98% situation.

Hotel Deposit

Most Chinese hotels will ask you for a deposit upon check-in. The amount required will vary, which may range from RMB 100 a night to RMB 800 per night.

The deposit can be paid in cash or by credit card. The hotel will process the credit card transaction and then process a credit at check out. A receipt is issued for cash deposits and you must present the receipt to obtain the refund of the deposit when you check out. The deposit is to cover minibar usage or similar usage of the chargeable items in the room or damage to the room.
